Acceptance
By installing or using Conzora you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Conzora. By creating an account you confirm that you can form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect any unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
User content
You retain ownership of anything you submit to Conzora (display name, avatar, favorites, ticket scans). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Conzora to harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape data, interfere with event operations, or reverse-engineer the app. Organizers may set additional event-specific rules; abusing an event can result in removal from that event.
Tickets and check-in
Ticket codes generated in Conzora are tied to your account and are non-transferable unless an organizer explicitly enables transfers for their event. Conzora is not a party to ticket sales between you and the organizer.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Event content (schedule, guests, vendors, maps) is supplied by organizers and may change without notice. Conzora is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or conduct of any event.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conzora and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed events, denied entry, or lost data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the app in ways that put the service or other users at risk. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will surface material changes in-app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
